BREW NOTES

Real flavour and batch-to-batch variation differentiate our real ale & cider from others.
We encourage you to take note of the 'Brew Date' and the 'Bottle Number' of your Two Metre Tall beverage of choice as this is an indication of exactly what you are drinking. Seasonal variations in ingredients are a factor as well as they brewer's work in the brewery as he strives to always brew a beverage which is an expression of the time and place he is in.

An ingredients list is not mandatory for beer & cider in this country but we want you to know and understand what goes into our beverages.  So take note of the paper label which seals the crown cap of each bottle and you will find the fruit & hop varieties as well as the malts used are all listed in detail with percentages so you can track and compare what is occuring from brew to brew.
